MLE provide planning services to comply with Contract Conditions and aid in the successful delivery of projects.

We develop Microsoft Project Gantt charts that are supported by Excel spreadsheets, graphs and Power BI dashboards to provide comprehensive reporting.

Cost and resource can be cross referenced with the Gantt Chart to assist commercial and resource management.

Planning services are offered for the following project stages:

• tender

• construction

• As-built (lessons learned)

• dispute resolution

• recording impact of variations/change notices

Planning services support the management of individual projects and programmes of work where they assist in balancing management and operational resource.

The programme is created through discussion with the project team, either in person or via Teams to ensure the programme activities and milestones reflect the construction methodology to the level of detail required to monitor progress.

One off programmes can be provided or an initial Baseline programme can be agreed and then regularly updated at an agreed frequency to monitor progress, resource, spend and predicted end date.

Programmes can also incorporate risk and change to support NEC Contract administration or similar.
