THE PROCESS
Initial meeting :
We have an initial meeting with the client to discus the Power BI requirements, the data that will be used and the publishing process and options.
First Draft :
Once we have access to the data or have been provided with a copy of the data we will create the first draft of the dashboard for the client to review and provide feedback.
Final Draft :
We will then work with the client to refine the dashboard to the clients satisfaction.
Publishing & Maintenance :
We can then connect the dashboard to the real time data source and provide employees with necessary training to set up and maintain the dashboard themselves.
